Chilli is driving the girls to school as Bluey is watching a helicopter fly overhead. Everyone is excited because it’s play date with Honey and gymnastics day.
Unfortunately Bandit calls to say he has to work which means Bluey is will miss her play date with Honey.
At school, Bluey finds a tree stump which she appropriates as her helicopter. Her first passenger is Winston who wants to be dropped at his Dads - however Bluey says that SHE decides where to go so Winston can just be a passenger. After a bit of flying Winston gets bored and tries to alight mid-flight! Bluey saves him and they negotiate their way over Winstons Dads house.
Bluey’s next passenger is Chloe who would like to fly the helicopter, which Bluey denies BUT she allows her to choose their destination - the Great Barrier Reef! As they are flying over the reef, Chloe drops her camera into a whales spout so Bluey volunteers to retrieve it. She allows Chloe to handle the controls (only for a minute) while she jumps out to wrestle the whale.
The next passenger is Mackenzie who is flown over some snowy peaks to muster sheep (New Zealand style).
Then Snickers jumps in to give an eye in the sky traffic report sponsored by Hammerbarn and Honey is rescued from sea for not swimming between the flags.
In jump Rusty and Jack mid army-game. The helicopter gets shot down but Bluey adapts (allowing a change to her plans), and the soldiers take off on foot.
Indy needs a lift with some kangaroos to escape a bushfire and Bluey again allows her plans to change and become a plane to accomodate all of her passengers.
When Mum arrives for pick up, she has to remind Bluey that they can’t make it to Honey’s anymore, but Bluey accepts this.... as it’s ok that plans change!
