It’s voting day The Heeler’s are at the local polling place. Bingo and Bluey contemplate the candidate boards while Chilli and Bandit explain what an election is.

As the adults line up to vote and get a sausage sizzle, the girls find Honey, MacKenzie and Coco to play “circus” with. Bluey becomes the ring master, Bingo the audience, Honey the lion, MacKenzie the lion tamer and Coco the acrobat.

Nearby, Winton is playing motorbikes with his big brother Hercules who is bullying him into being the jump.

Bluey runs a very democratic circus, allowing her performers to have a say and not making them do anything they don’t want to. Winton sees their fun game and comes to join in as ‘fluffy the clown’. Unfortunately, Hercules interrupts them and bullies Bingo, Winton and Coco into being his motorbike jumps while the others are sorting out a lion taming problem.

Bingo stands up to Hercules, telling him that they aren’t going to be his jumps as they were playing circuses first. Not liking being told what to do, Hercules crosses his arms and makes a horrible noise so that no one can have fun.

Bluey the ringmaster has to leave MacKenzie the lion tamer and Honey the lion wrestling to get help when she encounters the scene with Hercules. Diplomatically, Bluey leads Hercules away to fulfill the position of muscle man and break up the lion and tamer.

Hercules the muscle man saves the day and the circus concludes its performance! The kids all decide to play motorbikes together with a dizzy MacKenzie volunteering to be the jump with CoCo.
