#lifelesson: watch out for tickle crabs at the beach, and learn to solve your own problems
Bandit and Chilli are on the couch enjoying 10minutes child free when in comes Bluey in wanting to know if they are true loves - Bandit responds they are as true loves are always there when you need them - cue Chilli piss bolting as the girls suggest a game of ‘ticklecrabs’.
Bandit refuses to play the game, however the girls pull out their best “please” faces, complete with ears back and wide eyes with forced tears. As they start on a monologue about how Dad never plays with them and doesn’t love them, he gives in and agrees to play.
Ticklecrabs involves Bandit pretending to be at the beach in his budgie smugglers, moaning at the absence of his true love (Chilli). As he turns to go home, the ticklecrabs (Bluey and Bingo) crawl into his towel and are taken with him.
When he arrives home and lays on the couch, still waxing lyrical about his missing true love, the ticklecrabs sneak up and tickle his feet and tummy.
Dad then tries to unsuccessfully escape up onto the kitchen bench before pretend glueing the tickle crabs to the wall. They unglue themselves and tickle Dads ribs before he calls time out and hides in the closet. In there, he finds his true love, Chilli (also hiding). She tells him that maybe his true love has her own problems and that’s why she isn’t helping him.
Determined to solve the problem on his own, Bandit gathers up the tickle crabs to return them to the beach where a big wave washes them out to sea. Just as he begins a soliloquy on the beauty of nature, the tickle crabs get washed back in and he lays down, resigned to his fate of being tickled to death.
Suddenly, Chilli the seagull swoops in and chases off the tickle crabs. Bandits true love has come to his rescue at last! He proclaims his love once more before ducking off to have a lie down on the couch.
